Frequently Asked Questions

What is the typical processing time for a Dubai visa application?

Under normal circumstances, the Dubai visa application process takes an average of 72 hours (equivalent to 3 U.A.E. business days) from the time of submission, excluding specific periods like Eid, New Year's Eve, and public holidays in the United Arab Emirates (Friday, Saturday). However, for express applications, the processing time is much quicker, usually ranging from 2 to 10 hours.

It's important to note that the processing time may vary depending on the security review of the applicant. For instance, if someone with the same Name and Surname as you has a history of visa violations, criminal activities, or involvement in any incidents in the United Arab Emirates, your application might undergo a more detailed security check, even if you have no connection to those issues. In such cases, the processing time could be longer.

On average, most Dubai visa applications are processed within 3 Dubai business days. Nevertheless, some applications might still be pending, as they are subject to further security investigation. Any updates or developments related to your application will be promptly communicated to you via email. If you haven't received any new notifications, it means there haven't been any significant changes, and the application is progressing as usual.
